Snoqualmie River Bank Access for Salmon and Steelhead

The Snoqualmie river is a slow moving river.  Along with its more popular sibling, the Skykomish, it forms the Snohomish river.

It gets its fair share of the salmon species, especially pinks and coho.

In this post I’ll go over access points which can be used to launch boats or fish from the bank.

Pink Salmon Snoqualmie River Bank Access

A) High Bridge Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch.

B) Taylors Landing Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch.

C) McCormick Park

This is a city of Duvall park with bank access.

D) 124th

There is limit parking along the road with access down to the river.

E) Chinook Bend

This is a King County nature park with some river access.

F) Carnation Farm Road

There is a rough drift boat slide located underneath the bridge.

G) Tolt McDonald Park

This is a King County park with some river access.

H) Mouth of the Tolt River

This can be accessed through Tolt McDonald park and is a nice gravel bar for fishing near the mouth.

I) Tolt Hill Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch – although for some reason they have it listed under the Tolt river, even though the launch goes to the Snoqualmie.

J) Richter Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch.

K) Fall City

This is a nice gravel bar from the mouth of the Raging river down to the town of Fall City.

L) Raging River Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch.

M) Snoqualmie Falls Golf Course

There is access to a gravel bar.

N) Plum Boat Launch

This is a WDFW boat launch.

O) Tokul Creek

This is an WDFW access point to the Snoqalmie and Tokul creek.

P) Falls Pool

For those brave enough to hop the rail at the lower falls observation area you can climb along the rocks to get access to the pool at the foot of the falls.
